What we collect

Your name, WhatsApp number, professional role, company or activity, field, country, relevant business stage, priorities and interests. Email, a professional link and a short description of your work are optional.

We also record your invitation request, private follow-up choice, submission time and campaign tags supplied in the form link. Short-lived, hashed technical identifiers help us limit abusive submissions.

Why we use it

To review community requests, send WhatsApp invitations and understand which events, opportunities and updates are relevant to members.

If you choose private follow-up, we may contact you about relevant NextMeetUp events, collaborations and offerings, including the paid Contributor Program. Choosing community invitation only does not give us permission to send private program offers.

Where your profile is stored

The form is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, using Cloudflare hosting and a Cloudflare D1 database. Hosting providers process data to operate the service. The response dashboard is restricted to the authorized NextMeetUp administrator.

Your answers are not published on this website. We’ll ask for permission before publishing an introduction or sharing your profile with another member or partner.

Your invitation and membership

Completing the form requests access to the free NextMeetUp community. The team reviews requests and sends invitations separately. You choose whether to join WhatsApp, which has its own privacy settings and terms.

The Contributors Network and paid Contributor Program have separate selection processes. This form does not enroll you in a paid offering.

Updates, opt-out and deletion

Profiles are retained for community administration and the follow-up you choose, until they are removed by NextMeetUp. You can request correction, stop private follow-up or request deletion at any time.

Contact the NextMeetUp team through our official Instagram account, @nextmeetup. Include the WhatsApp number you used so we can identify your profile. We may ask you to confirm control of that number before making changes.

Deleted profiles may remain in the hosting provider’s limited backup history until that history expires. Removing a form profile is separate from leaving a WhatsApp group.
